Product: Example: Officejet Pro 8710

Scan to email on the printer stopped working. The printer will scan other ways. Scan to email gets "General Error" message. 

 

Have reset to factory settings. Have retyped email addresses. Have pulled power plug and restarted.

You need to configure "Scan to Email Setup"
