Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried to setup scan to email with my office365 account, but it keeps on saying "SMTP server requires authentication.  Make sure smtp username and password are specified."  I have confirmed my login and password as well as my Outlook settings (see below)

 

Server name: smtp.office365.com
Port: 587

But nothing is working.  What am I doing wrong?    Thank you for your help!

I seem to have figured this out, but now I have two outgoing email profiles -- one created from Outgoing Email Settings and another from Outgoing Email Profiles.  The latter is the one working.  How do I delete the former (the outgoing email settings)?
