Scan to email

My printer is set up to "scan to email". I have 15 email addresses so far and it is set to max out at 100. However, I cannot add another email address. The icon to add an email address is not clickable so I cannot add another email. If I delete one of the 15 . already stored, then it will let me add another one, but I should be able to have more than 15. How can I fix it?

I understand you have issues adding contacts to your email address book. Consult your email service provider's documentation for information on digital sending limits for your email account. Some providers may temporarily lock your account if you exceed your sending limit.

Hi,

No, not issues with my email address list. The issue is with the printer not letting me add more emails in the "scan to email" function. I have 15 email addresses currently, but need to add more. My settings are set to a "maximum of 100" emails and yet I cannot add any more.

Hi @JulieR23

On this printer, you can only add up to 15 email addresses with their corresponding contact names. Please refer to page# 15 from the Service Guide.
