Note: From May 1, 2024, the HP Scan and Capture app will no longer be available (retired) in the Microsoft Store and HP will not release any further app updates. As in previous questions, the scan to email prompts you that it is the wrong username or password it is invalid and it will not work any longer all of a sudden nothings changed it just tells me wrong username and password
