Network connected with no issue, scan to email is working when using flatbed, but when I use the document feeder, it says Network Connection Error. I can't figure out why. Again, using Flatbed and Scan to email is working fine. Please help.

When I try to scan to e-mail, my HP ENVY 7640 tells me there is a Server Problem cannot connect to Web Services. Server might be busy or not available to try again later. I have done a 'test' on my printer and nothing is coming up with a problem. It suggested to update my 'Firmware' which shows that has been done. Any suggestions? It was working fine a few days ago. I have been ALL OVER the HP Website but nothing has worked.
