Server 2008 R2
Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and older

Hello,

We've got problems with a few of our HP PageWide Pro 477dw MFP. The Scan to Network folder doesn't work.

We've already tried loads of options/solutions, but none of them work.
What we tried so far:

- Check SMB Settings to use only SMB1 or SMB2. Different combinations.

- Server 2008 R2 supports both SMB1 and SMB2.

- Setup the scan to network folder with domain account

- Setup the scan to network folder with local account.

- Setup the folder with ip adress

- Setup the folder with FQDN

- Check permissions on the folder, these are correct.

- Update the firmware of the MFP to MAVEDWPP1N001.1921E.00

What we do know is that MFP with the firmware: MAVEDWPP1N001.1611B.00 works.

What can we do? Does anyone have any clue where this is going wrong?

Am i missing some info? please ask!

Regards,

Have found that in some cases I have had to format the user name as domain\username, even though the domain name may have its own entry elsewhere.

That's the format we are using now, but it doesn't work.

We've also tried computername\adminaccount, but also doesn't work.
