Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I scan to my phone a lot.  Suddenly it says  my username or password is incorrect.  I tried restarting it, went through HP Doc and it still will not scan to my email on my phone.

Could you please help me with the OS of your Phone? (Android or IOS)

Which app are you using the scan the picture?

How is the printer connected to the network? (USB/Wireless)
