@Edwards3

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • What is the operating system?

To set up the Scan to Network Folder feature, the printer must have an active network connection to the same network as the computer that will run the setup process.

Administrators need the following information before beginning the configuration process.

  • Administrative access to the printer

  • The network path of the destination folder (e.g., \\servername.us.companyname.net\scans)

note:The network folder must be set up as a shared folder for the Scan to Network Folder feature to work. For more information about setting up a shared folder, see Set up a shared folder.

Some HP printers include an HP Scan to Network Folder Software Wizard in Windows after installing the driver from a software CD.
At the end of this installation is an option to Set up Scan to Folder and Email. The setup wizards include the options for basic configuration.

Use the printer control panel to scan a document and save it to a folder on the network.

note:In order to use this feature, the printer must be connected to a network and the Scan to Network Folder feature must be configured by using the Scan to Network Folder Setup Wizard (Windows) or the HP Embedded Web Server. For instructions on configuring the feature, go to Set up Scan to Network Folder.
  1. Load the document on the scanner glass according to the indicators on the printer.

  2. From the Home screen on the printer control panel, touch the Scan icon.

  3. Touch the Scan to Network Folder item.

  4. In the list of network folders, select the folder to which you want to save the document.

  5. The control panel screen displays the scan settings.

    • If you want to change any of the settings, touch the Settings button, and then change the settings.

    • If the settings are correct, go to the next step.

  6. Touch the Scan button to start the scan job.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Hello Dear! Thanks for the reply.

I did the configurations via HP Embedded Web Server, and the scan service are working. The problem is, when i select or the user select their network shered folder from the list and press send,  the printer send the document for all network shared folder that are created, and all other users receive the same document. This is the real problem.

I do not kwon if there is some problem with the firmeware of the printer or some security issues on the printer. I already put the last one firmeware, Feb 2020, and still nothing.

Thank you very much!
