Common problems HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to scan
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

Hello, can you tell me if there is a way with an HP laser (currently I have Laserjet pro MFP M428dw), that each time a document is printed on paper, this document is automatically scanned at the same time and sent to a directory on a computer or on an email, is it possible? If so, I do not see the option in the configuration, or I do not have the right printer.

Do the "scanning" first and then print.

If you normally scan a document to PNG then use any of the DOC to PNG converters

Store the PNG wherever you want it, then just print the documents.

If you normally scan to PDF then use any of the DOC to PDF converters

let me know how it goes.

But what I want specifically is that when I print a document (it doesn't matter if it's a pdf, word, etc...), it automatically scans each time it's printed, regardless of the user in the company.

I do not know of any printer that does that automatically.

I also suspect it would be illegal to automatically scan a users document when the user is printing it.
However, some countries would consider that to be a useful feature to obtain confidential information.

As far as I know, aside from some products that have an inline scanner to monitor print quality, such a unit does not exist. While you may have an application, most users will simply save the document after printing it. If you are dealing with web based content, use the print to PDF option to create a file. Some of HP's Enterprise level products will perform multiple actions from a single scan. For example, scan to email, save to a folder, fax the document and make copies.
