This appears to be a discontinued -- and possibly unsupported in Windows 11 - scanner from Ricoh.

"Not working" might be expected for the OS version or it might be something you can resolve by finding and installing printer software.
Check whether Windows Built-in Print Drivers are available for the manufacturer and product line.
No, I don't know whether this idea is viable for your Windows 11 computer...
