Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I want to know how to disable timer for resuming scan on scanjet 4500 fn1. Everytime I'm offered to turn add pages I get only like 5 seconds before it automatically sends scanned pages. How to disable this? I want it to only continue when I press Resume Scan. If there is no such feature yet I would like it to be added in next firmware update since this is software issue clearly.

Surely this is a firmware issue. Can we get an update for this? Please, this makes our scan half as useful as it could be.
