Hello,

 

I have the HP Scanjet Enterprise Flow 7500 in Windows 11 and I always had the icon where the red arrow points at my photo, to seperate documents in case of multiple pages. Capture d'écran 2025-01-30 123710.png

I am not sure, but I think it is since the installation of 24H2 that it went missing. I've already tried many times to uninstall et reinstall everything (even a newer version of HP Scan) but nothing worked so far.

 Is there any solution?

This is a known problem and Microsoft is working on it. There is a fix on the dev channel which will eventually lead to an official release. If you don't want to wait for it, you could try the steps described by @Kndy and me here:

I had to take some additional steps which I described on the second page of that forum post. It's a bit of a hassle but for me it worked to now consistently be able to scan with the HP Scanner software (NOT HP Scan Assistant!). In case you have any questions please ask them there and I will check back.

Thank you for your message, but my problem is that the icon where the red arrow points at my photo, which is used to seperate the pages after the scan, is missing. I don't have a problem with the connection of my scanner, so I can'see how what you suggested could help me. And my driver is already with (USB) as you can see.Capture d'écran 2025-02-10 141818.png
