Upgraded to Windows 11 PC. which failed to see Scanjet Pro 2500 f1. Solution appears to be to reinstall software using FullWebpack_sj2500f1-39.5.156-sj2500f1_Full_Webpack. Opens window saying Installer is launching but then moves to a black window that can only be closed via task manager.. Tried running as administrator, using the Run option and turning off security but get no further than the blank black window. Any ideas how to get this to run?
