Product: Scanjet Pro 4500 fn1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My admin left the company after he had set the administration password on the EWS for my scanner. I can get into the web page and see the option that the Admin password was set. It will not allow me to change it without logging in. Obviously without the password, I can't log in. This has also disabled most of the funtions on the front control panel as they are locked and can't be used without the password. Is there a way to reset this scanner so that I can wipe out the password? I've searched online and have come up empty. I see other HP printers and scanners have a method for resetting the software but none of those options worked with this model.

Hold ? Button while hitting power button, will allow you to change any one locked setting (including WiFi and reset).... have to repeat for subsequent settings.
