Okay, when I scan a jpeg my scanner acts like it is working and everything runs smoothly until I go to open the file. When I open the image I get the message that "It looks like this file has been moved or renamed". I've looked in other files for the scans but they are not there.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer. I even recovered my computer thinking it may be on the computer side. But nothing. Pdfs will scan with no issue. I've tried various changes such as different resolution sizes, etc. to see if that would help with the jpeg files disappearing, but it has not helped. Jpeg files were scanning just fine up to a week or so ago.

What is causing this issue and what can I do to resolve it?
