Common problems HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to scan
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

OfficeJet Pro 8600
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have been successfully scanning documents. The more I scan, the more faded to white the results are. I have tried playing with the brightness and contrast. This results in some portions of the document showing up. I have cleaned the class and the white backing on the lid. I have scanned from both the doc feeder and the glass with the same results. If I leave the lid open and scan the air, the results are a black screen with equally spaced lines running down the page.

Thank you in advance for any assistance anyone may be able to give me.
