Deskjet F4500 Series
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was able to work-around the Adobe Flash issue on my ASUS -Windows 10  and HP Deskjet F4580 by doing the following:

Settings>Devices>Bluetooth and other devices

Look under "Related settings" (off to the right side) for "Devices and printers".  Click.

Select your printer-scanner and click.

Then under "Scanner Actions" click on "Scan a document or photo".

Yes.  But for me, the path I listed works even though Adobe killed their Flash.  Don't know if it will work for others; I just mentioned it as a suggestion that they may try.
