I have a LaserJet M22dw. One day, the scan app on my computer stopped working. I uninstalled the HP driers and reinstalled from the HP support website. Still doesn't work. HP Print and Scan Doctor says "This tool is unable to find the HP Scan application software in your computer" and tells me to download and install the latest full feature software from HP, which I just did. If I go to the start menu and click on HP Scan, it says "The HP CLJM277 Scan was not found." If I go to the start menu, and click on "Scan to Network Folder Wizard," it tells me that the printer is not found (even though it prints fine). I use Scan App to scan double-sided. Any help would be appreciated.
