My scanner and copier does not work. Although the printer works well. Whenever I try to scan I get the following message "Connection Error". I tried everything. I uninstalled software and reinstalled, I tried disconnecting all cords, shutting down restart. Tried HP doctor. Nothing works. I also get the following messages : Unknown USB Device (linked in compliance mode) has error and Scanner Communication can not be established. I have windows 10. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
