I have a Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M283cdw, and the printer works fine. However, the output of the scanner/copier is black with streaks. I've tried to use the HP "print and scan doctor" with no luck, and a quick search of the online community makes me think the prognosis isn't very good, but I wonder if anyone has any ideas. The color toner cartridges are low, but I wouldn't think that would affect the scanner/copier function like this. Again, the print output is fine. It's fairly new (18 months old) and i don't use it heavily.  Thanks for any help you can provide!
