This is a new printer bought 2 weeks ago. We have tried scanning and have discovered that if we use the document feeder then the document stretches or has the bottom cut off. Is this due to a setting or could there be a fault with the feeder? This also happens when you copy a document.

New printer is likely OK (no guarantee, but likely).
