The error message "Scanner Failure Turn Power Off then On" appears on the screen.
Unplugging the device & plugging it back in doesn't clear the message.
The device does not print any longer.
I have re-downloaded the driver, and still can't print.
Any thoughts / help would be greatly appreciated
The printer is out of warrenty but I would rather not throw it out, its only just over a year old, i like the printer and would rather get it fixed

To assist you further, I need the following details:
- May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
- How is the printer connected through USB/wireless?
- What is the operating system installed on your computer?
- Did you make any changes to the printer or the computer recently?
- Are you able to make copies on the printer?
