Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

I am unable to send scan to computer or send scan command from my computer. It was working fine until the most recent  firmware update. Uninstalled the HP utility app from computer, remove driver, and then reinstalled. No luck so far. 

 

How do I fix this ? How do I roll back the firmware to the previous version ? Please advise.
