We purchased the Officejet 7740 about 2 months ago, the faxing/scanner has always been unfavorable always getting stuck, elongation the information on the form being faxed for scanned. But over the last few weeks we have been unable to copy, scan or fax anything on the flatbed portion. It just thinks and never scans the form. We've tried doing it directly from the printer directly as well as from the computer. It's no longer working. Is there some sort of reset button to start the device over that will trigger the flatbed scanner. PLEASE HELP! This device is by far the worse and no longer eligible to return.
