Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

There has been a thread about scanners and PCs no longer communicating after a Windows 10 update on 18 November. There were suggestions that the update could be uninstalled, but I think that is not a good long-term solution (what happens with the next update?). Has there been any news that HP will create a fix for this problem? Has anyone come up with a solution that doesn't involve uninstalling updates?
