The scanner is scanning a full page but then automatically cutting it down to one section.  
this means batch scanning is impossible and I can’t fully copy a document, unless I do page by page where I individually adjust it back to full page .

Hi,

Do you refer to copying a printed copy or scanning pages to a computer? These are different things and both are referred in your description.

 

Also, what is your intention with batch scanning? As the printer only have a flatbed glass area, please clarify your intention accordingly.
