My scanner doesn't work on Windows 11, only on Windows 10. How can I fix this? Do I need to update the driver?

Which printer model is that?

 

Yes, it's best to uninstall and reinstall the Printer FULL software.

 

Alternatively, go to Microsoft store to download and install the HP App.

I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the programs, but the problem persists. The printer model is HP Color LaserJet CM1312nfi MFP.

Hi,

 

This is a fairly old product that was launched back in 2008.  Most drivers do not support the latest OS.

 

Do check out this link :

It may or may not resolve the Scan issue.
