The print function continues to work, but the display is stuck on "scanner error 13". Tried to reboot per online recommendation. I notice a kink in the scanner ribbon cable. Please advise if this is repairable and appropriate tech service in or near Honolulu, HI 96816. Mahalo

I understand that you are getting a scanner error on the printer, I am glad to assist you.
You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
