Hello community

 

The automatic Document Feeder does not pick up the paper.  It scans alright on glass.

At first, the roller was not even touching the paper.  I fiddled with it. It dropped down and now touching the paper.  However, when I press scan the roller does not move and of course, does not pick.  The error message is Mispick.

I cleaned the rollers and the separating pad too.  It still doesn't pick up the paper.   Does anyone have a diagram to show how to take it apart to inspect it?  Because it is a workplace scanner, I do not want to make it worse. Thank you in advance.
