Common problems HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to scan
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

Officejet 6700 Printer
macOS 10.14 Mojave

The scanning function on my Officejet 6700 all-in-one printer has just stopped working. There has been no change in my computer, a Macbook Air, and I believe I have successfully scanned since I upgraded to Mojave (OS 10.14). I downloaded and installed a new driver, still doesn't work. I tried scanning from the printer to my computer (usually I do it from my computer) and got a message saying the scanner wasn't connected. However, I can print, so clearly that is not the problem.

Thoughts on how to rectify this problem?

@LLM147, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Are you able to make photocopies on the printer?

Download and Install the HP Easy Scan. Try Scanning and see if that works.

You can refer to HP Printers - How to Scan (Mac) document for help.

Keep me posted for further assistance.
