I'm on a Mac and my OS is Ventura 13.5.  I have access to my printer (OfficeJet Pro 8020e series All-in-One) but no scan function is showing up.  I need to be able to scan documents to my Macbook Pro desktop.

I understand that you are facing issues with the scanner. 

 

Have you made any changes to your current OS? Did this printer work on this Mac 13.5 OS before?

 

You may try the Mac built-in driver and see if that helps.
