We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

When I scan from the top of the scanner, which is supposed to allow multiple pages at once, I get a gray translucent line down the left side of the document that does not exist when I use the flat bed.  I attempted the power reset and cleaned the small strip of glass, as well as the moveable plastic strip, and the line is still there.
