Product: HP Color Laser MFP 178nw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer worked fine for around half a year, but then it simply stopped scanning. When I try to scan via HP MFP Scan, it looks like it's doing something, but the scanner head is not moving at all, so it always just scans a blank page. I've already tried the Print and Scan Doctor, but it didn't do anything. Can someone please help me? Or should I just wave goodbye to HP and look for more reliable brand?

Well no, it's the same - the scanner head does not move at all and a blank page gets printed.
