Hello,

I am experiencing an error when attempting to scan a document - Scanner in Use.  I have followed the previous article that went through powering the printer off and then back on etc.  Didn't help.  Are there any other suggestions regarding this issue?  I have a very large "brick" at this point that will only print.  I would prefer not buying another if possible.  Is there any documentation regarding the repair of this printer so I can attempt a repair if necessary?
