My HP laser jet M725 has started adding a horizontal line to scans. I've cleaned the glass. This issue happens when using the ADF and when placing the sheet on the glass (a different orientation).Any ideas?

Can you post a sample clearly showing the orientation (feed direction) from both sources?

I have the same problem as the original post. M725 with faded horizontal lines using both the ADF and flatbed scanner. I can cleaned the glass many times, but since it happens on both, It probably the scanner head itself or something else?
Anyone have any more information on this?

The printer consistently leave streaks in the same two spots, but they change with scanner calibration. I have attached 4 scans. I recalibrated before these and again between them. I did one scan through the adf and one on the glass each time.
Calibration 1:
Cuts out two lines completely
Re-calibrated it..
Calibration 2:
Information is all there, but lines darker/lighter lines
Any idea what it causing this and how to fix it?
Thank you
The spots remains the same, but you can see the difference?
Calibration 1 cuts out small lines…. Calibration two has all the information, but leaves darker streaks or the lines make the text slightly lighter?
