I have an HP officejet pro 9015 and I am not able to scan using my desktop. I keep getting a message saying "General Failure". It still prints fine, just doesn't scan. Has anyone had the same issue? Thanks

Download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor to quickly and automatically perform several troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue.

Do you experience the same issue when you make a copy directly from the control panel screen?

 

What operating system are you under? (e.g. Windows 10 or macOS 10.14)
