We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

It was working good before, But 1 month before it started.

 

When I use Scanner Aplication of hp or in Chorme or Firefox exporer, scan starting late  and scanning in 3-4 parts. Totally it takes long time. 

 

Before it was starting same moment and 1 part.

When I use Hp Smart app it work well. Scan start in 1 sec and scanning in 1 part. 

 

But for me so important use scanning in web browser like chorme. Please I tried all ways even today I talked 45 min with hp support center in turkey. They connected to my laptop but nothing changed. I am waiting fix from you. thanks

I'd like to help!

 

First clear cache on chrome and then try 

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More .
  3. Click More tools. Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  6. Click Clear data.
