Scanner issue, causing vertical lines

Example: PavHP Office Jet Pro 8620

When scanning through the ADF feed, the scanned copy has 2 vertical lines from the top to the bottom of the page.  These 2 lines are towards the center of the page and about 1.5 inches apart from one another.  I cleaned all the surfaces, as described on the HP site and YouTube videos regarding this issue.   Any suggestions?  Thanks.

Look Figure-1, point 3, needs to clean intensively.

Create a sample scan, 200-300 dpi, with a blank white sheet and upload it here (Icon "Insert Photos").
