Our office uses an HP LaserJet Pro MFP M428fdw printer/scanner and beginning just recently, I cannot use the scanning function.

I can use the machine to print, however get an error message that my computer is not connected to the network when I try to scan from the machine to my computer.

My company tech team says that on the printers web page, under the address section, there should be a place to add my IP address so that the HP machine recognizes it. However, no such tab/button/section on the address page has a place for me to add the IP address.

Any ideas I can try to get my scanning capability restored?
