Hi all,

 

For the longest time my scanner won't recognize my computer - when I try to scan directly from the printer/scanner I get the "No Computer Found" error. 

When I try to scan from HP Utility, I'm unable to enable scanning and get communication error message "Unable to communicate with device."

 

I CAN scan if I open HP Easy Scan app, but I'm being told the app will no longer work once my iOS updates next time. 

Can anyone help with this?
