After a power outage I am unable to scan but am still able to print. I reinstalled the software."Scanning is currently unavailable" is the message I receive.

Could you please help me with the exact model name or the product number of the printer?

Make sure you connect the printer to the wallout let directly.

are you facing the same issue while making a copy?

Before receiving your email I again uninstalled the program and this time uninstalled the Smart app. I reinstalled both and everything worked properly.
