Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am having the same issue on both my home and my office printers, which are both HP, but different models.  I can only scan from the glass, the document feeder is not operational for scanning. I have updated the drivers, the printer firmware and software. I have restarted the printers and my computer, updated my computer.  I have even removed the printer completely and reinstalled it. Nothing is working.  I am beyond frustrated!  I have dozens of pages that need scanning, and I cannot spend hours at the printer to do it from the glass.  Please help!!!

Bascially, need to select Document feeder as the Source.
