Hi, can anyone help me - my scanner stopped working today. It's an HP Deskjet Plus 4210. I've tried unplugging it, and plugging it back in. I've tried updating the driver software. Also turned turning off Windows firewall. Nothing works - it still won't scan. The printer works fine btw. Hoping someone will advise. Only option seems to be to uninstall and reinstall the driver software. I'm wondering if it's something to do with a Windows update....?
