Due to a company "push" update, my scanner stopped working.  I tried to reset my printer, but my scan icon disappeared!!  I've tried everything and cannot get it back.  How do I get back my scan icon?

To assist you better, I need a few details:


How are you trying to scan?  with a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or iPhone?


What is the update you referring to?

Are you getting any errors? Have you done any changes to the printer software?
