trying to run scan and ran scan doctor but got the message that cannot delete output field, so what should I do?

  1. How is the printer connected to the device USB or wireless?
  2. Are you able to make copies?
  3. Are you trying to scan from the printer or the computer?
  4. If computer , What application are using to scan?
