Product: HP ScanJet Enterprise Flow N6600 fnw1

My scanner is using the LAN connection and always restarts on its own. The software Scan to Computer it always disables and enable for several times then it starts to restart the scanner. When I go to EWS, there is no error on the event log. Even on HP print and scan doctor the device is not listed. I tried reinstalling the HP software full package like many times and I changed the IP address to manual, it still the same problem. And I tried using the other scanner and the problem still occur. I have been tried to contact HP they not replying on WhatsApp and not answering the calls.
