When I try to use the feeder on top of the printer to scan it doesn't work. It works when I make copies just not when I am trying to scan

I understand that you are unable to scan from the document feeder on the printer.

 

Which application are you using to scan?

Which operating system is installed on the computer to which this printer is connected?

Are you getting any error messages?
