Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My scanning app is not functioning and opening the scanning feature from my computer to my scanner. I have had Geek Squad look at it e times and the last tech told me the app is not opening. How do i reach HP tech support to see if they have a fix. It seems every time I get a microsoft update it affects the communincation between my computer and my HP 9025. Again how do I contact HP tech support directly by phone or online?
