My printer suddenly stopped scanning documents thru the feeder. It gives me an error message stating that there is a paper jammed, however, there is no such thing. I have turned off the printer in numerous occasions, but to no avail, the error message wont go away making it impossible for me to scan my documents. Any ideas? recommendations?

Are you able to copy from the feeder?
