Hi @TAK14,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP printer is only scanning one page at a time, there could be several reasons for this issue. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try.

  • Check Scanner Settings: Make sure that the scanner settings are configured to scan multiple pages. Sometimes, the default setting might be set to scan only one page at a time. Look for options like "Document Feeder" or "Multiple Pages" in the scanning settings and ensure they are selected.
  • Clean Document Feeder: If your HP printer has an automatic document feeder (ADF), debris or dirt on the feeder rollers could prevent multiple pages from feeding properly. Clean the ADF rollers following the instructions provided in your printer's manual.
  • Update Printer Drivers: Ensure that you have the latest drivers and software installed for your HP printer. Outdated drivers or software could cause scanning issues. Visit the HP website to download and install the latest drivers for your printer model.
  • Restart Printer and Computer: Sometimes, simply restarting both your printer and computer can resolve temporary issues with scanning.
  • Check for Paper Jams: Even a small piece of paper stuck inside the printer could cause scanning problems. Open up the printer and carefully check for any paper jams or debris that may be obstructing the scanning mechanism.
  • Reset Printer Settings: Resetting the printer to its default settings could help resolve any configuration issues that may be causing the problem. Refer to your printer's manual for instructions on how to reset it.
  • Test with Different Software: Try scanning using different software or applications. Sometimes, the issue could be with the scanning software you are using rather than the printer itself.

By following these steps, you should be able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue of your HP printer only scanning one page at a time.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
